By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing unconditionally to the terms and conditions of use.
On receipt of your order, a notification by electronic mail will be sent to you. We reserve the right not to process your order and accordingly we will notify you by electronic mail if this is the case.
Please note that while we guarantee to send you a notification of every valid order we receive from you, you will understand that we cannot equally guarantee that the notification we send to you will be received by you.
Ordering & Payment
You can order directly from our website by using our Shopping Cart facility. Simply select the items you would like to purchase, add them to the Cart and submit the order using our secure checkout procedure. Postage and packing fees will be calculated for you automatically when you select your shipping destination (please see 'Postage & Delivery' for more information). Payment is accepted by debit & credit cards via PayPal (a PayPal Account is not required to use this facility). If you would prefer to pay by Cheque you may do so by sending you order directly via email to email@example.com (see below for full instructions).
Order by Email - We also welcome orders by e-mail with payment by cheque if you prefer. Please e-mail us with your name and full postal address, quoting the title/reference number of each item you would like to purchase. Please note we do not store your credit card information. For orders made directly from the website we do not have access to your credit card information and it is not stored by us.
Postage & Delivery
UK Mainland - All our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard (delivery within 1-2 working days), with the cost & type of service being determined by the value of the items in your cart. This ensures that all items are fully insured and lends our customers peace of mind.
Overseas Destinations - All our items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked Delivery, with the cost & type of service being determined by the value of the items in your cart. This ensures that all items are fully insured and lends our customers peace of mind.
Dispatch - We aim to post all our orders within one working day of receiving your cleared payment. Should you encounter any problems or you have not received your goods within an acceptable timescale please do not hesitate to conatct us.
Packaging - All postcards will be placed in a protective plastic sleeve and dispatched in a hard back envelope. Memorabilia items will also be sent in secure, protective packaging as appropriate to their size & weight.
Discount Offers - For those customers who choose to pay by Cheque, we are able to offer discounted postage & packing as an incentive. This will be a free Royal Mail Economy Class service on items up to the value of £50 and for items over the value of £50, we will pay 50% of the Royal Mail Special Delivery costs. This offer will still include full insurance cover on your purchases. Discounts will be reflected on your invoice.
Please note that we operate a full, unconditional money back guarantee should you be disatisfied with your purchase in any way.You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your purchase, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longest). If you do cancel your order or return an item, a full refund will be issued providing the item is returned in the same condition as it was originally sent out in, is undamaged and suitable for resale. Please note that customers will be liable for paying the return postage costs.
We take your privacy very seriously. We will collate the information which you give us in the order form to provide you with our on-line ordering service. By giving us this information, you consent to our use of it in order to process your order and inform you about its progress.
We will not under any circumstance sell, transfer or disseminate this personal information gathered on any of our web sites to any other entity.
Any personal information passed onto us by you, will only be held on file while your order is being processed. Once your order is complete, we will destroy any personal info, retaining only information relating to the details of your order and the amounts paid (for accounting purposes).
