The franking marks have the 2 Course names stamped between them. French & Belgium golf cards seem to be gathering popularity. Le Touquet was Founded in 1930 with the La Mer Links being designed by The British Golf Course Architect Partnership of Colt & Allison, the earlier Course Le Foret was designed by Horace G.Hutchinson.                                                                                            Ref.1349
