Kingussie Golf Course & Golf Pavilion C.1905-10. Published by M.Wane & Co., Edinbro, No.1929.The image shows the Golf Pavilion & what is most likely the 9th Green. Kingussie was founded in 1891. The card was printed in Saxony, has a halfpenny inland Stamp space & is in Fine condition throughout. the Golfers Handbook credits Harry Vardon with the Course Design, but the Club Website says Tom Morris gave advice in 1885 on how to lay out a new course.3 years later A new 9 holes were laid out on the West side of the River Gynack, by Capt.MacHardy, Cheif Constable of Invernesshire, I take this then made the Course 18 holes. Great collectable card.                                                                          Ref.1073a
