Bramshaw Golf Links C. Ea 1900s published by F.G.O. Stuart No.1568. This Club started life in 1865, built by A local Resident/ Landowner for the entertainment of his visiting weekend guests, at the time there were no other Golf Courses in Hampshire, given the date that does not surprise me! It was not known if the Landowner had even had permission to build the course at the time. Bramshaw was eventually founded in 1880 but the Golfers' Handbook gives no designers name, it appears it could have been this local landowner, who joined forces with another to also found the Cricket Club. This card is in Near Fine condition, posted in 1933 but I am fairly certain the image is from earlier.                                       Ref.2397
