Cromer Golf Links 18th Tee & Pavilion C.1912 published by Raphael Tuck & Sons, Ltd., in their "Glosso" series No.5546. 
This scarce card is in Very Good + condition & looks like it may have been stuck in an album at some time. I believe the image is of the 18th Tee, the last time I had this card it sold for £15.00 but I have adjusted the price of this one in line with condition, it is not a common card.                                                         Ref.2352
